Gerardo is an accomplished senior! Gerardo is one of the few Denver senior men at New Legacy High School. Not only is he graduating high school, but he is also a dad. He has taken on his dual responsibilities with perseverance and joy! As you can see, he has a big smile to show for it.
Gerardo’s senior portraits are part of a photographer volunteer program for seniors at New Legacy High School. New Legacy is a school especially for pregnant moms and teen parents, providing them with extra support so they can complete their education. Along with the high school curriculum, Legacy teaches child development and parenting skills. And most importantly, they have an on-site early learning center. This allows the high schoolers to attend classes while their kids are thriving and learning along with them.
Denver Senior Men | Gerardo
I offer senior portrait sessions at New Legacy every year. I think it’s especially important to help these dedicated seniors celebrate this important milestone. Notably, Gerardo is one of the few dads in the program so special kudos to him! The sessions are always held at City Park, by the Denver Nature and Science Museum. For this session, we traveled around, taking some of the photos inside the museum and the rest in the surrounding park. Gerardo was so good-natured and excited about the session. I could see that he’s a great dad!
Gerardo has excellent style and put together a great outfit for his session. I love his shoes. He was really proud of his shoes and watch so I made sure to show them off as much as possible in the photos. I think you can see that he is ready to graduate and take on the responsibilities ahead.
